Lion's Peak

 

The construction of six new town-houses and the refurbishment of a historic Manor House has commenced in the city of Cape Town. The site is located on Kloof Nek Road, a scenic route that connects the city to the Camps Bay area. Set within the heart of the lush surroundings of Higgovale, the three bedroom town-houses are designed with privacy and nature in mind, offering uninterrupted views over the city, Table Mounted and Lions Head. A large basement is designed to house secure parking for each unit with direct access to a private entrance lobby and lift. The buildings have been set into the hillside to maximise garden frontage for each of the town-houses. The existing Manor House will be respectfully refurbished to preserve its historical character.
